Stress management is one of the most important survival skills to know. After all, who won’t be stressed out during and emergency? Although we have a lot of tools and stocked items, they won’t be much use if we can’t manage our emotions, our physical stress and even our mental state. In this episode I cover how to manage stress before and after something happens. If you are constantly worried about “what if” then listen to this episode.
