Functional Fitness is quite a bit different than just working out the conventional way. In this episode, I interview LCDR Spencer Baker from our forum. He’s an active duty officer in the Navy and we discuss what functional fitness is. He’s a military man but also brings ideas to the table that are excellent for civilians looking to get into shape in such a way that it helps us with our normal actiities every day. It also helps us get in shape in ways we never did before.
