This is a situation a lot of people find themselves in. Regardless of the emergency, big or small a lot of people just simply don’t know what to do. This is a phenomenon that hurts a lot of people and even kills them in an emergency situation. So I decided to interview Chris Harper, a listener to Today’s Survival Show and a long time member of our forum. He’s an EMT, Emergency Manager and wears many other hats.
