Negativity surrounds us everywhere.  Part of survival is recognizing it and doing away with it.  Even after a disaster occurs, the unprepared will be dismal about their chance of survival.  Today, we can do things now to insulate ourselves from the negative people around us, the negative news and the negative workplace.  If you don’t, it will hamper your ability to survive later.
